Eva Longoria is adding yet another project to her ever-growing production slate.

The “Desperate Housewives” alum is re-teaming with her former network, ABC, to develop a comedy based on the book “940 Saturdays,” Variety has learned.

The TV adaptation will be penned by writers Chrissy Pietrosh and Jessica Goldstein, who are reuniting with Longoria, after co-creating her NBC comedy “Telenovela.”

Longoria and her producing partner Ben Spector will serve as executive producers by way of their UnbeliEVAble Entertainment, which is behind the project with Universal Television where the production company is under a deal. UnbeliEVAble is also under a deal for film at Universal Pictures.

The potential series is based on the 2014 book of the same name by author Harley Rotbart, which says there are 940 Saturdays from the day your child is born to the day they turn 18-years-old. The show would follow three families who band together to enjoy — and survive — those 940 weekends.

This development season, Longoria and Spector are already in business with ABC as exec producers on the “Magnum P.I.” reboot, which is in development at the network. “940 Saturdays” marks their third sale this cycle, following “Magnum P.I.” and “Big of Me,” a comedy from NBC that she’s producing with Lauren Iungerich and Will Packer.

Longoria is repped by CAA.
