A Montrose man who broke into Sandra Bullock’s home while she was inside was sentenced Wednesday to five years of probation and continued treatment at a mental health facility, the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office announced.

Joshua James Corbett, 41, pleaded no contest to charges of breaking into the Academy Award-winning actress’s home in 2014. Police said he had scaled the fence of Bullock’s property in West Los Angeles and broke into her house while she was inside. She called 9-1-1.

Previously, Corbett had pleaded not guilty to several felony counts involving a cache of weapons allegedly discovered in his Montrose home, but those charges were dismissed.
